Home Sweet Home
We have landed! Safe and sound on solid ground. It feels so good to be home. This will be our last time to be together as a team. We have really bonded over the last 10 days, eating papusas together, chasing kids around camp together, seeing amazing scenery together, and building relationships!
We are so thankful for the time that we have spent together. We are incredibly thankful for the people that have made this trip possible. Every person that donated towards our trip, we couldn’t have done it without you. And to every person that has prayed for us, we have felt the power of prayer. We know that coming to the Father to lift up requests and talking to him about important things in our lives are a vital part of our faith. We thank you for caring enough about us to pray over us and our trip.
As we walk out of the airport, only a car drive stands between us and home. For some of us school or home is only 30 minutes away. For those heading back to Columbus is 4 hours away. For Emily heading back to Oklahoma will be 4 hours as well. And the winner of farthest drive is Adrienne going back to Alabama coming in at 10 hours!
Really thank you so much for following us throughout our trip. Taking time out of your days to see into our ministry means a lot. We hope that at some point if God provides you with the opportunity to go on a mission trip, being the feet of the gospel, that you take it! We will end with some extra pictures that were missed over the past week. Enjoy!
