I can’t believe that Day 4 of camp is coming to an end. To say that we all wish we had more time is an understatement. This place, these people are such a gift. We are overwhelmed at how the Lord unifies the body of Christ. Tonight, after dinner, we took all the campers to the beach where we had a sandcastle competition, made a bonfire and ate smores.
Our friends David and Nath did an incredible job leading worship on the beach. To hear the lyrics of “Oceans” being sung (in Spanish too) was incredible as we sat on the beach and looked at the stars
“And I will call upon your name to keep my eyes above the waves. When oceans rise, my soul will rest in your embrace, for I am Yours and You are mine.”
Tyler spoke tonight about the vast love of the Father and how we see his hand throughout creation, declaring the work of his hands.
We challenged our campers to know and believe of His vast, gracious and abundant love. Pray that Jesus will be real to them.
Tomorrow, we have a half day of camp and campers will leave after lunch. Good night!
