Camp or Paradise?

Posted Jan 4, 2016

We arrived to our camp site today…and wow, is it beautiful! We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and a volcanic crater turned lake! The weather is about 80 degrees. There are even pet monkies here! We are loving life down here!

Our national team is wonderful, super joyful, and has already taken initiative on many aspects of camp!

We did some “staff bonding” today by riding a trapeze into a volcanic crater!

Everyone is feeling well and having a blast! We are reading blog comments to the team daily, so feel free to leave us some love!

  1. Thank you for sharing the pictures. What a gorgeous place! Looks like you all had a great day filled with fun. We are praying for the team.

  2. Looks like the Jim’s on the trip can start up the boating program on that lake. Praying for the campers who are coming soon, that the language barrier would be non existent, and that there would be no Kevin’s or Rachel’s.

  3. Extreme FOMO happening over here! Loving the pictures and missing you guys already! Also, do you think you can sneak one of those pet monkeys out of camp and past TSA?…if so, let me know. Love you guys and I’m praying for y’all! ¡Doce sueños!

  4. Thanks so much for the pics, Jenny! It’s stunningly beautiful there! And everyone looks happy & healthy – our prayers are being answered! Can’t wait to hear about your ministry to those sweet kids! Give my love to YoRed! 🙂
