Mission Trips

Buenos Dias!

Posted Jan 6, 2016

It’s a new day in Panama and we’re thankful the Lord gave it to us! Last night was quite the experience. Three of our staffers shared their testimonies and our own, Andrew Fredericks, shared a message from Philippians on how Paul continued to share the gospel even through imprisonment imprisonment and suffering. Then we played a camp-wide “Amazing Race” with challenges at every turn! They loved it and were so worn out they slept in this morning until 6..

After a hearty breakfast of ham sandwiches (and the best coffee you’ll ever have), it’s time for another day of camp! Later we will go to the beach (which is about a ten minute walk) and enjoy the 82 degree weather today! Right now the kids are in bible study (they spend about a full hour in the word!!) and then the fun begins!

We connect and build relationships with our friends here more and more each day!

  1. I’m encouraged to hear how God is using the tool of camping to help people come to understand the goodness of him. I’m praying for you all that God will keep giving you eyes to seek and hearts to serve.
